- Paper (Oral/Poster) participation fee is 500 TL for one paper and 300 TL for the second paper.

- A participant can participate with a maximum of two papers.

- One author can participate in the symposium with one participation fee.

- Participation fee for a group exhibition is 500 TL for one work and 300 TL for the second work.

- Participants can participate in the group exhibition with a maximum of two works.

- It is necessary to apply for a solo exhibition with at least 15 works.

- Personal exhibition participation fee is 200 TL per work.

- Participation fees must be deposited in accordance with the dates specified in the symposium calendar.

- Please review the detailed explanations regarding the papers and exhibitions from the symposium page under the paper rules and exhibition rules.

- Paper (Oral/Poster), Exhibition (Group/Personal) participation fee includes the following: Attendance to all sessions, tea and coffee breaks, lunch, gala dinner and symposium bag, social excursion.
