Guidelines

Submission Rules

- Abstracts should be between 250-600 words.

- Abstracts should be sent in English.

- At least 5 keywords should be added at the end of the abstracts.

- Participants are required to prepare their full papers in English and upload them together with similarity reports.

- Since the author information will be included in the participation certificate, the title and institutional information of the participants should be entered correctly.

- Participants can participate in the symposium with a maximum of 2 papers.

- Poster sizes participating in the symposium must be 70x100. 

- The participant presenting at the symposium must be the author or co-author.

- No certificate of participation will be given for the paper not presented.

- It is only possible to participate in the symposium with an abstract. There is no obligation to send full text to the symposium.

- In abstract and full text submissions, the file name must be named as 'name-surname-hites'.

- The rules and dates on https://hites.hitit.edu.tr/tr are valid for abstract and full text submissions.

- The papers to be presented at the symposium must not have been presented and published anywhere. Otherwise, all responsibility will belong to the author(s).

- Fonts in all presentations will be prepared as given in the template and page numbers will not be given.
